About Focus

Focus on the Family Singapore is a local Christian charity with Institution of Public Character (IPC) status. Recognising the challenges and disruptions in our increasingly digitised world, we seek to bring families closer by encouraging and equipping youth and individuals from all backgrounds towards strong and resilient relationships, starting at home. 


The incumbent supports the growth and reach of Focus on the Family Singapore by creating content to engage our constituents.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate cross-department marketing projects and communication plans with various internal and external stakeholders, to drive narratives and brand awareness     
  • Coordinate and manage development of regular constituent/partner e-newsletters, and communications for engagement and marketing purposes     
  • Conceptualise and create content for digital marketing channels  
  • Create marketing and social media campaigns to maximise brand exposure
  • Manage Focus' social media accounts including planning and creating content to engage audiences, providing customer service, and analyzing statistics to improve outcomes
  • Coordinate and support department projects; including media/podcast production and the creation of marketing and communication deliverables
  • Work closely and nurture relationships with talents, volunteers, and advocates in producing content
  • Undertake any other projects and activities as directed by Communications Lead, Chief Growth, CEO and/or COO


  • Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Communications or equivalent 
  • Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in related field. Entry level are welcome to apply.  
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English 
  • Savvy and familiar with social media platforms (eg, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn)
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise multiple projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Adaptable, resourceful, creative and an energetic team player 

Working Hours 

  • 9 AM – 6 PM (with an hour for lunch) from Mondays to Fridays.

Compensation & Benefits

  • This is a contract position, renewable annually or with opportunity to be converted to a permanent headcount role.
  • Salary commensurate depending on experience and qualifications.
  • Candidate will be entitled to leave, insurance and all other employment benefits in accordance with the policies set by the organisation.
