Dads Get More Involved in Parenting but Still Battle Dad Guilt, Workplace Bias

Preliminary results from an ongoing survey by Focus on the Family Singapore, a charity, show that 41 per cent of fathers list having flexible work arrangements as second on their wish list towards being more involved parents. Their top wish was having more time to spend with their children.
