  • Session start time will be computed based on the scheduled time slot.
  • After the first hour, additional charges will apply per half hour, based on the rates reflected above.
  • All first-time appointments are subject to advance payment.
  • Subsidies are available for application and subject to approval.
  • For any enquiries, you may call 6491 0700 (Mon-Fri, 9 AM to 6 PM).

Our cancellation policy:

  • There will be no refunds for cancellations or no-shows upon confirmation of counselling appointments.
  • Request for rescheduling of appointment must be communicated via email or Whatsapp at least 1 working day before scheduled appointment.
  • A 50% administrative fee of the session rate will apply for the rescheduling of appointments with less than 1 working day notice.

Alicia discovered her passion for helping others during a personal challenge, leading to a career switch and a rewarding professional and personal development journey. Today, she has a decade of experience in counselling, coaching and mentoring across schools, hospitals, community and social service agencies.

Since 2005, Alicia has been an accredited facilitator and speaker with Focus on the Family Singapore. She specialises in working with youth, working adults and young couples on individual mental health, dating, marriage in the early years, parent-child relationships and work-life issues. Her aspiration is to equip them with foundations and skills for significant living and strong family relationships. Alicia was formerly adjunct teaching at NTU’s Nanyang Business School for the elective Managing Relationships for Work-Life Harmony.

Alicia and her husband are committed hands-on parents to four school-going children, including a pair of twins — there is never a dull moment! Their parenting journey has imparted many insights. Her philosophy and practice in counselling today is a continual result of authentically living out what she has learnt and her investment in personal growth as a therapist’s most valuable skill is his or her own self. Alicia enjoys music and sports.

Samantha has extensive experience working with youth and adults dealing with depression, anxiety, marital conflicts, trauma, life transitions, cross-cultural re-entry (back to Singapore) adjustment issues, grief and loss, interpersonal relationship issues and parenting challenges.

Samantha has been married for thirty years and has two adult children. She seeks to empower and resource her clients with skills and deepening self-understanding towards realistic resolutions of current distresses, build inner resilience while birthing one’s potential in the unfolding of a personal growth journey.

Married for over 20 years, Madelin has three children. She is a counsellor not only by profession but as her life’s passion. She earned her professional qualifications while navigating a tough life transition from a different industry. She spent her years at a VWO working with individuals and families. Madelin utilises the collaborative approach to counselling for individuals and families as it increases the level of engagement and improves overall outcome. In her role as a family life educator, she runs marriage preparation courses for young or trans-national couples.

Outside of counselling, Madelin actively volunteers in her local church, relishes reading, hiking and meeting the needs of her family. She enjoys a structured life sprinkled with fun and purpose; the same balance she passionately offers in her service to others.

Kiat Yong is married with two adult children. Prior to making a career change to counselling, she worked in Information Technology management in the manufacturing and logistics industry for two decades.

Kiat Yong has extensive experience working with couples, teenagers and their families, as well as individuals across a wide-spectrum of mental health, relationship and behavioural issues. She is especially passionate about affairs recovery and has worked extensively with couples facilitating healing from pains of betrayals. She works with hurting couples assisting them to manage conflicts, improve interactions, meet each other needs and regain intimacy. Intervening using well researched, scientific and evidenced based approaches such as Gottman Couple Therapy, Emotion-focused Couple Therapy (EFCT) and Relational Life Therapy (RLT), Kiat Yong has journeyed with many hurting couples helping them to turn conflicts to connections, rebuilding intimacy in their relationships.
