#StrongerWithFamily | A Parent's Guide to Journey with Children through Mental Health Issues

A poll conducted among 600 youths revealed that more than half (56%) "rarely" or "never" shared their personal problems with family. As parents, we may feel helpless when we witness our children struggling emotionally or contending with a mental health issue.

Yet, it is not too late to take steps in supporting your children wherever they are at, right now. Whether your child is experiencing symptoms of anxiety or you want to start an open conversation at home about depression and suicide, we will equip you with practical handles to address these difficult issues.

No one is in a better position to guide them in their mental health journey, and we are here to support you. Together, let’s make our homes a safe space for our children!
