Our speaker’s passion for making a difference at work and at home will inspire participants to live life to the fullest in every sense and give practical tips on how you can strengthen your family against the things that threaten to pull it apart. |

First Aid At Home in collaboration with The Singapore Red Cross Society |
| Do you know what to do if your child chokes on a fish bone? Get trained in first aid so you know what to do when kids are injured or involved in accidents. Learn to handle choking with the Heimlich Manoeuvre, Rescue Breathing, CPR and various techniques of bandaging. You could save a life one day. |

| David Oliver is an inspirational speaker from the United Kingdom who has trained over 100,000 people in various parts of the world. He is an author of 9 books, 2 business titles and has written regularly for national publications in the UK, including The Sunday Times. As the Associate Director of the UK’s Marketing Guild, he is responsible for its national training programme. |
| Stephen Sng works for the Red Cross Training Centre (RCTC) of the Singapore Red Cross and is responsible for developing its training curricula. He is also a member of the East and South East Asia First Aid Committee that works to achieve a high level of First Aid training standard among its member countries. |
| Stephen George De Souza is a State Registered Nurse, specialising in Critical Care Nursing, with over 23 years of experience working in various hospitals. He is currently a training instructor at RCTC and was part of the tsunami medical relief team to Sri Lanka. |
