Volunteers are the foundation of our organisation. Thanks to the support of many volunteers our reach has grown tremendously over the years.
No contribution is too insignificant in Focus on the Family. We recognise that it is the heart behind each act of sacrifice that really makes a difference.
If you feel passionate about helping families and have a strong desire to be part of our team, there are a variety of volunteer opportunities just waiting for you to explore:
Four ways to volunteer
1. Events:
• Assist with administrative support and planning
• Event facilitation and logistics
• Event photography
2. Programmes
• Be trained to facilitate our family life programmes
• Advocate and plan for family life programmes in your sphere of influence
3. Operations
• Provide support to various aspects of our daily operations
• Offer expertise in writing, design and photography
4. Internships
If you are a student on holiday, or are between jobs, consider taking up an internship with us. Internships typically can range from 1 to 3 months and they offer opportunities for hands-on experience, personal growth and meaningful service.

Volunteer qualifications
• Agreement with the purpose and key objectives of Focus on the Family Singapore.
• Good work attitude and willingness to try new things
• Commitment to teamwork
We offer CIP (Community Involvement Programme) points for student volunteers.
An honorarium may be provided, depending on the nature and competency required of the role.
