BACKGROUND

Finding solutions to the work-life challenge has never been more relevant or urgent with the increasing pace of our personal and professional lives. Through this programme, participants will take a practical look at work-life harmony, and ask these critical questions:

  • How can I develop and sustain passion for my work?
  • How do I make a difference in my organisation?
  • How can I manage my personal life and career successfully?

The Heart of Success was developed by Focus on the Family Singapore and Letsdolife in 2005, based on Rob Parsons' bestseller. This unique programme offers a roadmap to both personal and organisational improvement by getting to the core of true success.
