A graduate in Journalism and Communication, Gary has worked in both the advertising and IT industries. In 2006, he founded Life Centre, a non-profit organisation dedicated to shaping the lives of youths through instilling values. Gary advocates that young adults have the ability to impact society in the area of family if they are given a healthy model of and proper encouragement toward strong and lasting relationships. A charismatic platform speaker, he regularly conducts motivational talks and training workshops on parenting and mentoring teenagers, marriage, youth sexuality, and leadership and character development. A psychology graduate, Joanna’s work experience has evolved from counselling casework and therapy – working with victims of spousal abuse, families in crisis, special needs children and persons undergoing psychiatric rehabilitation – to youth work and strategic management. An avid organiser and people-developer, her strengths and passion lie in leadership, management and training. She now serves as President of Focus on the Family Singapore Ltd, a charity dedicated to enriching and strengthening families. |
